Now then the Festival of the Russian Geographical Society is over. For these 10 days we have been visited by more than 80 thousand of guests! We were trying to tell each of them about the most beautiful country – Russia.

We wanted both the smallest residents of Russia and those who managed to see a lot, to get an energy charge and to experience a sense of pride for their homeland, having visited our Festival. And we hope very much that we managed to do that!

The brightest expeditions of the Russian Geographical Society, the most stunning discoveries of our scientists, the rarest species, the most famous and interesting touristic routes, the most informative cartoons, - all that is the Festival of the Russian Geographical Society. We have tried to cover all Russia – from Arctic to subtropics.

We have been spending master-classes, showing documentary and feature films, organizing lectures, festivals and flash mobs. We invited famous people, scientists, travelers to the Festival for them to tell you how huge and rich our country is from their point of view.

Of course, the most important reward for us is your positive emotions. We thank you for every line in the book of reviews. We will try to accommodate your wishes at our next festival.
