Center of rehabilitation and reintroduction of tigers and other rare animals

 

 

We are introducing the photos of cubs who have been successfully trained for release into the wild at the Center of rehabilitation and the reintroduction of tigers and other rare animals in the village Alexeevka (Primorsky Krai). 

 

According to the experts of the center, the cubs have received their first experience hunting a big prey. All the Tigers - both males and females coped with it. They successfully hunted deer and wild adult boars. 

 

With the first snow cubs have become more cautious. The regular time of their activity - dusk. 

 

Photos are provided by the employees of the Standing expedition of RAS that studies the animals of the Red Book of the Russian Federation and other important animals of Russian fauna on the basis of the establishment of the Russian Academy of Sciences A. N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution.
