will be held from January 30 to February 2, 2019 in Murmansk.

RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE CONFERENCE

The official languages of the Conference are English and Russian. Proceedings will be published on official UN languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.

Duration of presentations

–        Plenary: 15 min

–        Thematic: 10 min

–        Discussions: 3 min

 

The contents of the report should correspond to the topics of the Conference.

–        The papers should contain new original material.

–        Each author individually may not represent more than 2 papers.

–        The Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the report and decision on the form of its presentation.
