As of February 7, the organizing committee has received more than 200 projects from Russia and other countries.
In the final days before the closing date the applicants usually show the maximum activity. About 150 applications are sent to the organizers’ email daily. The organizing committee does its best to answer all the questions as soon as possible.
The largest number of applications were received from Moscow, the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Tatarstan. The most popular categories were “Education” and “Best media coverage”.
Applications are submitted at rus-compass.ru.
The closing date for the applications is February 10. Then the expert council will review the projects and announce winners in eleven categories.
This year the Crystal Compass National Award is held for the sixth time. In April the organizing committee will announce three top winners in each category. They will be invited to the awards ceremony where the final winners will be named. The awards ceremony, where authors of the best projects will receive crystal and silver statuettes, will be held in May 2018.
