November 15, at 2:00 pm GMT, the geographical dictation 2018 closed at dictant.rgo.ru/en. More than 119,000 people visited the website and took the test, which is more than in previous years: in 2015, 27 564 people took part in it, in 2016 – 94 947, in 2017 – 110 thousand.
Those who took the online test could see their results right after they completed the test. Whereas, offline participants will be able to check their scores at dictant.rgo.ru/en after November 30. They will need their unique identification number.
Correct answers will soon be published on the website at dictant.rgo.ru.
It should be noted that November 11, 2018 the geographical dictation took part in all Russia’s regions and abroad for the fourth time. It was held at 3,910 locations in 99 countries around the world: from New Zealand to Norway, from Mexico to Japan. November 11, 2:00 p.m. GMT an online test was also launched at dictant.rgo.ru.
The outcome of the event would be a statistical report.
