The 7th of December of 2015, in the headquarters of the Russian Geographical Society there took place the plenary session of the Moscow program of the international forum «Ecobaltica» in the format of the Youth Intellectual Club of the Russian Geographical Society. Leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of ecology, environmental and food safety, and about 40 representatives of the youth scientific society of Russia as well took part in the work of the session.
The «Ecobaltica» forum is aimed at raising of the scientific level of young ecologists and establishment of partnerships between universities, Research Institute, manufacturing companies and administrative authorities in the Baltic region. The organizers of the Forum in the year of 2015 are the following: St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, Volga State University of Technology, All-Russian Research Institute of Phytopathology and the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations of Russia with the participation of the Russian Geographical Society and the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
