Now residents and guests of Sevastopol can get to the Museum and Exhibition Complex of Konstantinovskiy Ravelin by water.

On the instructions by Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov, the Department of Transport and Development of Transport Infrastructure of the city has launched passenger boats to the pier located in the Konstantinovskiy Bay.

Boats depart from two places in the city center:

• Artbukhta, pier 156 (near the cafe "Barkas”). Boats for up to 11 people depart every half an hour. One-way trip is 100 rubles.

* Grafskaya pier, Nakhimov square. Boats for up to 130 people depart every two hours. One-way trip is 100 rubles.

The time-table is subject to change. We apologize in advance.

Konstantinovskiy Ravelin was built in the XIX century to close the entrance to Sevastopol Bay to enemy ships. It is located on the northern extremity of the bay of the same name, on the cape Konstantinovsky. The fortress is one of the oldest surviving buildings of Sevastopol. The Russian Geographical Society made a large-scale reconstruction of the citadel. Today, the fortress is a unique open-air museum: there is a historical exhibition, open to the public, in the casemates.
