«The most beautiful country»

Moscow streets will be decorated by the works of the winners and finalists of the second photo contest of the Russian Geographical Society.

The All-Russian Competition «The most beautiful country» is open from the 25th of January, 2017. The exhibition stands will be installed in famous boulevards of the capital in the open air.

There are presented the photos of the following nominations in Arbat: «The most beautiful country. Landscape», «The peoples of Russia», «Animals», «Yong photographer».

Chistoprudniy boulevard is decorated by the works of such nominations as: «Precious Russia», «Macro», «Black and white nature».

The pictures of the following series: «Birds», «The world is in our hands», «Industrial landscape» are placed in Gogolevskiy boulevard.

You may see the best photos of such rubrics as: «Stealing heritage» and «Underwater world» in Nikitskiy boulevard.

The exhibition will be held till the 25th of February, 2017.

The All-Russian competition of the Russian Geographical Society «The most beautiful country» - is a scale media project, aimed at the Russian nature conservation and education of careful attitude to the environment through the art of photography. The competition was held in 2015 for the first time, and caused a wide public resonance. It has become annual since the year of 2016.

In the rules of this creative competition there are no restrictions on age and place of residence of the participants. The main condition is that fact that the photos must be shot on the territory of Russia only. There took part 23 thousand Russian and foreign photographers who sent about 110 thousand works for the contest in 2016.
