«The most beautiful country» in Bucharest

The 20th of September in the National Museum of Natural History Grigore Antipas in Bucharest there was open photo exhibition «Russia - sketches of nature». There are presented more than 80 works of the participants and the winners of the II All-Russian photo contest of the Russian Geographical Society «The most beautiful country» in the exposition.

The photo contest of the Russian Geographical Society «The most beautiful country» - is a scale media project of the Russian Geographical Society, aimed at preserving the nature of Russia and fostering respect for the environment through the art of photography. It was first held in 2015 and caused a wide public response. Since 2016 it has become an annual event.

The exhibition is prepared by the Russian Geographical Society, the Representation of Rossotrudnichestvo and the Russian Embassy in Romania.

We would like to note that from the beginning of 2017 by the Society there have been organized and held more than sixty photo exhibitions in various cities of Russia, as well as abroad: in Serbia, Vietnam, Ukraine, China and other countries. By the way, earlier in Romania the most beautiful photos of Russia could be admired in the cities of Becket, Craiova, Mioveni, Pitesti and Vaslui.

To date, the exhibitions of the Russian Geographical Society are open in Bucharest, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Omsk.
