Opening hours from October 1, 2018: rom 10:00 to 17: 00 on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays  - 10 a.m - 5 p.m.

Monday and Tuesday are days off. 

The last tour starts at 17: 00. A tour lasts 45 minutes. Tours take place every 30 minutes.

According to the agreement with the Russian Geographical Society, tour guide services as well as organization of cultural events in the territory of the museum are carried put by the "RavelinK" company. 

The exhibition can be visited only with a guide, both individually and as part of a group of up to 30 people. Group visits are possible only by prior request (tel: +7-978-94-500-85). 

The price of an adult ticket is 300 rubles.

Preferential tickets cost 150 rubles (a corresponding document is required): members of the Russian geographical society, students, pensioners, children under 14 years, conscripts, combatants, families with three and more children, disabled 1 and 2 groups, employees of Museum institutions, liquidators of the Chernobyl accident.

The following groups of citizens are entitled to free access to the complex: citizens awarded the Starof the Soviet Union and Russia Hero, veterans of the Great Patriotic war, hildren under 7, children-orphans, and heads of the tour groups.
