On October 30, the Geographical Dictation was held in the Murmansk Nakhimov Naval School. It was organized by representatives of the Youth Club of the Murmansk Regional Branch of the Russian Geographical Society.

During the event, the winners of the competitions dedictaed to the 75th anniversary of the Murmansk Regional Branch of the Russian Geographical Society were awarded with well-deserved diplomas and gifts.

At 12 o'clock, together with the whole country, the students took the Geographical Dictation.
Dmitry Kolotov, Head of the sector of state regulation and development of tourism activities of the Murmansk Region Tourism Committee presented gifts to the winners of the IV interregional contest “Traveler's Diary”.
Nakhimov Naval School student Yuri Demkov won three competitions dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Murmansk Regional Branch of the Russian Geographical Society.

Also among the guests of the venue were Natalia Yaragina, Doctor of Biological Sciences from the Polar Branch of VNIRO and Vadim Vereshchak, Captain of the II rank, head of the military service preparation department of the Regional Center for patriotic education and pre-conscription training of youth.
