On October 27, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Security of the Arctic Frontiers: ecology, history, images of the future" was held in the Kola Scientific Center with some of the participants attending online using ZOOM platform.
An electronic collection of proceedings is now available in Russian and English.
The conference addressed issues of peace, stability and sustainable international development in the Arctic, the role of science in the development of the Arctic, environmental protection of the region, as well as topical issues of the history of the Arctic. The conference was attended by experts from different cities of Russia, Norway and other Arctic countries.
