Short films "Planet Kostroma" will be shooted this summer in the Kostroma region. The project is being implemented by the Kostroma regional branch of the RGO and the television channel My Planet.
As expected, a series of films about the Kostroma region will attract tourists and increase interest in the Kostroma region. The films will be the visiting cards of the region and will provide an opportunity to obtain reliable and detailed information about the tourist potential of the Kostroma land.
Roman Ryabintsev, the chairman of the Kostroma regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society, thanked regional governor Sergei Sitnikov for supporting the project.
In the spring of 2018, the head of the region met with host of the television channel My Planet Alexei Nikulin. They discussed the possibility of implementing such a project. Later it became known about the shooting, which will start in late June - early July 2018.
"There will be six films about amazing and interesting historical and cultural sights, brands and unique natural monuments of our region," Roman Ryabintsev said.
