The Russian Geographical Society has extended the application period for participation in the “New Generation” project for young representatives of political, public, scientific, and business circles of foreign countries. Now you can send documents for consideration until June 9, 2024, inclusive.
Within the framework of the project, the Russian Geographical Society will conduct a program "Conservation in specially protected natural territories of Siberia" in the reserves of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia. We are waiting for foreign specialists from 25 to 35 years old who are engaged in conservation, ecology, tourism, protection of rare species of plants and animals, geography, zoology, biology.
The organizers of the program provide travel tickets to Russia from the country of residence and back, transfer across the Russian territory, accommodation, meals, cultural program, and medical insurance.

List of documents:
— completed candidate's Word questionnaire No. 1 (save in the original format);
— completed candidate’s Excel questionnaire No.2 (save in the original format);
— a scan of the current passport (valid for at least six months at the time of participation in the program);
— a motivational letter-essay on the topic "Why I should take part in the conservation program" in Russian (preferably) or English, no longer than two pages;
— resume;
— photo.
Additional information (preferable): letters of recommendation signed by the management (if you work) or the head of the department/ supervisor (if you study), links to scientific publications on relevant topics, confirmations of achievements, etc.
