Within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, an international meeting was held in the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Vladivostok. The meeting was dedicated to the discussion of environmental issues, underwater research, as well as dealing with the accumulated damage in the seas and oceans. During the event, a trilateral cooperation agreement was signed between the Norwegian companies Polarekspedisjoner AS and Quest Explorer and the Murmansk Regional Branch of the Russian Geographical Society, aimed, among other things, at searching for Norwegian fishing vessels that sank 100 years ago in the waters of the Russian seas.

The Student Forum was held from the 1st till the 4th of February 2021, within the framework of the international conference “Arctic Frontiers”. The Forum which is organized annually in Tromsø (Norway), this year was held virtually.
