On November, 14 readers aging from 12 to 83 proved their knowledge of our vast and mysterious country by taking part in the annual educational campaign and going on an exciting intellectual journey organized by the Russian Geographical Society.

In October 2021, a photo exhibition dedicated to the unique nature of the Kola Region was held at the Russian Navy radio station “ZEVS”. The exhibition was created and presented with the support of the Murmansk branch of the Russian Geographical Society.
On November 14, a Geographical dictation was held in the Murmansk Region – both in offline and online modes. A presentation of a joint project with the MRB RGS dedicated to the 800th anniversary of Alexander Nevsky took place at the Geographical dictation site in the Quantorium-51.
The international educational campaign of the Russian Geographical Society starts on November 14 at 12 AM. The campaign is aimed at promoting geographical knowledge, as well as the science itself.
On October 30, the first Murmansk Book Fair was held in the Murmansk Regional Library. At the Fair, there were 10 sections dedicated to local history, science, fantasy fiction, modern Russian and foreign fiction, comics, etc. There also was a creative workshop.
